Besides other reasons, a good night’s sleep is nothing without the soft mattress in the back. Few realize that the average person spends one third of sleep earthly life? Sleep improves the overall personal health, strengthens the immune system, helps reproduction torn and dying cells and tissue and frees us from stress and fatigue. However, few people give much attention to the quality of their mattresses, your faithful companion of the night for the rest of his life. Mattress or mat, usually made of flexible material, which is used primarily for sleeping or just lying. Caves seniors know how to use the shape of the mattress. I am sure they are the hardest type Arabic words origin.

The word mattress is supposed to come from the Arabic word meaning “throw” or “place where something is thrown.” The ancient Arabs used to sleep on mats thrown on the floor and practices introduced in Europe and Asia. Today, mattresses are generally located on top of other structures elevated from the ground. These structures exist in different materials and form. At first, they are usually filled with natural materials like silk and feathers, a modern version using synthetic materials that give the same reassuring effect. Mattresses come in different variations of shapes and sizes. Earlier types of use of straw, silk and feathers soft, although there are still people who have chosen to use mattresses filled with feathers. They are already very expensive. Modern versions use air and water. The ancient Persians, but 3600 BC, believed that the use goatskin containing water, the ancestor of our modern waterbeds. Some use natural fibers such as futons, which are generally used cotton fibers. Variations, one where you do not want in terms of make and use the components, there are basically three types of mattresses,

1. Innerspring mattress core – including the spring base and foundation layers of padding. Metal coils are made of steel coils which are located between the skin and insulation adjustment. Mattress firmness “and sustainability largely depend on the number of coils used. Coil serves as the main mechanism for the support that carries the weight of the body. More ease the pressure rolls easily, while those with the coils tend to be softer and feel the hard mattress.

2. Foam mattress – and usually cheaper compared to other types of mattresses. To make full use of polyurethane foam, latex or memory foam visco-elastic, as the mainstay. This often produces warm feelings, because the more closed structure does not “breathe” and allow air circulation. Anyone sleeping on foam mattresses throws a fair amount of body fluid due to sweat.

3. Air mattress – instead of using the weight of the coil spring support, an air mattress uses a locked air tight home. Price range varies, depending on the materials used and size, among other reasons. In 1980, Comfortaire, as the leading manufacturer of mattresses, mattress invented the air first with the remote control to adjust the firmness of the tubes.

4. Waterbeds – rather than using any other material, apparently used a water locked within the narrow confines between the insulation and installation. This concept is not new, because, as noted earlier, the ancient Persians are known to have used a goatskin full of water, and sleeping pads. Unique characteristics, water bed easily adapts to the human body shape and body parts of the body seeks to have a tendency to sag depths. Before you decide to buy a waterbed, which is relatively expensive, try to use another if you sleep comfortably on it. No matter the size or make your mattress is the right one because it gives you a good night welcoming.
